The only option for SUB is to tear it down and start again. Now that the Cold War is over we no longer have the need for a building that can withstand a nuclear blast. Weapons technology has caused us to take a turn towards a more subtle hands off approach to warfare. We must move towards safeguarding the students from chemical and biological weapons before it is too late! Damn that pepper spray!

One of the greatest advantages to building a new SUB, after the increase in personal safety, is that it can be made to make everyone equally unhappy. The garbage can be routed to go past all offices (except the executive offices) and no windows for anyone.
